We aim to provide a relaxing, comfortable, luxury stay for all of our guests. To help make this a reality, we require all guest abide by the following policies:

We are a non-smoking, non-vaping, and drug-free venue

Be mindful of other guests in shared areas

Please acknowledge and accept that we have pets living here (two dogs and two cats), and there are animals on the surrounding fields

Check in is 3-8pm; check-out is by 10am (early check-in and/or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement only)

Payment is via eftpos, credit card or prior bank transfer.

If cancelled more than 14 days before arrival, no cancellation fees apply (as per the policy at the time of booking)

If cancelled in the 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is the first night’s accommodation (as per the policy at the time of booking)
