Our Policies, Terms and Conditions

Our general terms & conditions are:

• We are a non-smoking, non-vaping, and drug-free venue
• Other guests may be staying
• We have pets living here (two dogs and two cats), and there are animals on the fields surrounding us
• Check in is 3-8pm; check-out is by 10am (early check-in and/or late check-out may be available by prior arrangement only)
• Payment is via eftpos, credit card or cash
• If cancelled more than 5 days before arrival, no cancellation fees apply
• If cancelled in the 5 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is the first night’s accommodation
• Other terms and conditions may apply.
